My package is lost or arrived damaged
If your package is lost or has arrived damaged please reach out as soon as possible. Please provide proof of damage in an email to luminapashco@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you by filing a claim with USPS and providing a replacement item or refund if possible.

What are pashminas used for?
Pashminas are versatile accessories traditionally used for warmth, style, and modesty. Common uses include:

Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are produced in small batches and sourced from small market owners in China, India, and Dubai. We carefully select our partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
What material are Lumina Pash Co. pashminas made of?
Our pashminas are made from a cotton polyester blend.
What is the difference between the large stone and small stone pashminas?
Small Stone:
- Shorter length: approximately 70" plus 3.5” braided fringe on each end (74” total); width: 27"
- Extra small rhinestone gems (0.5mm)
- Sourced from Hong Kong
Large:
- Longer length: approximately 79" plus 0.5” frayed fringe on each end (80” total); width: 28"
- Larger rhinestone gems than our small stone pashminas (1-2mm)
- Higher gem count than small pashmina style
- Constructed with tight jacquard threading for a thicker, more luxurious feel
- Sourced from Dubai
